Project Description
A. Cable Construction
– AWG38(0.10mm) x 15,750 strands(19 bundles of Litz wire) + PET film + non-woven binder tape + XLPE extrusion(Orange, 2.4mm thick for isolation & flame retardant) for wireless power of current supplying system on very high frequency.
B. Inspection DATA of Enamel copper conductor, before XLPE extruded
1) Bare conductor diameter : 0.10mm
2) Copper conductor with enamel insulation : 0.114~0.120mm (average 1.116mm)
3) Litz OD : approx. 21mm
4) Solderbility : at 380~430℃
5) UL approved, MW-79C, 155℃, F class, single grade
